Ľubomír Lipovský graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2001, where in 2002 he received his doctorate in law. At the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava he worked as an assistant at the Department of Legal Informatics and Computer Law and during this period he also devoted himself to publishing.
As a guest lecturer, he lectured at Mont Clair State University, New Jersey in the United States. Between 2003 and 2007 he worked as a junior associate in the law firm of JUDr. Ernest Valko, PhD., Valko & Partners in Bratislava. He worked as a lawyer in the Swiss based investment company and since 2008 he has worked with G. Lehnert, k.s. law office. Since January 2008 he is the member of the Slovak Bar Association.
He is fluent in English. He has gained experience in comprehensive legal services to major domestic and foreign trading companies operating in the energy, woodworking, food, chemical, pharmaceutical and construction industries.
His is also taking part in legal audits of companies for major business groups in Slovakia, development projects for multinationals, in the assessment of commercial and financial transactions, and in providing legal advice to state, local and regional authorities.
